I started knitting again. Yay! I'm starting to feel like I have a bit more time to devote to it, which is nice. With the coming of fall I'm picking out some fun projects and I started with this little Morpheus sweater. It's knitted from the top down and is seamless. I hate to knit anything with seams- especially for babies-, because the seams add so much unnecessary bulk. If I can't alter the pattern to make it seamless I'll usually find something different.
I'm really pleased with the detail on the center panels. It was somewhat a pain, because if you make a mistake it takes 10x as long to backtrack and correct. I really enjoyed the process, though and it's done in such a happy color. I sort of have a love affair with yellow-green. And since the yarn is so soft he seems very comfortable and happy to wear it.
