I like knitting scarfs because they're quick and you don't have to buy a lot on yarn. I need instant gratification or I get bored and lose interest. I've been making David a sweater for 8 months. I haven't got beyond the waist band. It's kind of sad. This scarf, however, just took a couple hours and it's become my most favorite thing to knit. As soon as I finished I had to knit another. It makes me happy!
